• Horse's Neck by Pete Townshend
• All of the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling
• Chasing the Wind: A Quadrophenia Anthology by Gary Wharton
• Out on a Limb by Shirley MacLaine
• The Who Concert File by Joe McMichael and "Irish" Jack Lyons

The list continues to grow but for now these are the books which have left quite the impression on me.
